At first, the waitress was taken aback. Then she glanced toward a regular customer seated nearby — a man who happened to own multiple properties. She understood exactly what he came for.

Twenty-five minutes later, she returned with a hot cast iron pan. She let Rocky enjoy the sound of the sizzle for ten full seconds — then placed the pan on the neighboring table.

Pleased with the experience, Rocky paid the full price of the steak that had been sizzling inside, left a generous tip, and exited the restaurant with a smile on his face.
